1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. No cancellation charges will apply.

  • After Shipping: Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You can request a return once the item is delivered.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Return:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product (with unboxing video proof)

  • Expired products (in the case of groceries or consumables)

  • Product differs significantly from the description

❌ Not Eligible for Return:

  • Change of mind or no longer needed

  • Opened or used items (unless faulty)

  • Items marked “Non-returnable” (e.g., hygiene products, perishables, innerwear, etc.)

You must initiate the return within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation

  • Shipping Fees: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

You will be notified via email or SMS once your refund is processed.

 

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Visit your QweekMart account > My Orders

  2. Click on the item you want to return

  3. Choose a reason and upload any relevant photos or videos (especially for damaged or defective items)

  4. Our support team will review and approve eligible requests

  5. Pickup will be scheduled within 2–4 working days (wherever serviceable)

 

5. Replacement Policy

If your item is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
